1886 Holland

The bodice is fitted, with a small peplum. The tight buttons close with black velvet slats. Deep blue taffeta fabric. The skirt is decorated with folds, draperies, tucks. The tunic (upper part of a double women's skirt) is draped from the sides. Large pouffe at back waist. Sleeves are narrow. On the shoulders trim in the form of epaulettes. On the head is a small hat trimmed with mink, ostrich feathers and a veil.
